Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy is separate from our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to "Consumer Health Data" as defined by the Washington My Health, My Data Act (MHMDA). This policy applies to Washington residents and individuals whose Consumer Health Data is collected in Washington.

1. Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect

In providing our "Compassionate Senior & Downsizing Assistance" services, we may collect information that qualifies as Consumer Health Data under Washington law. This can occur when information you provide, or information observed during a service, relates to past, present, or future physical or mental health status, such as health conditions, treatments, use of medication, or data that identifies you seeking health care services.

2. Purpose for Collecting and Using Consumer Health Data

We collect and use Consumer Health Data for the sole purpose of providing the downsizing and assistance services you have specifically requested. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

3. Sharing of Consumer Health Data

We do not share your Consumer Health Data with any third parties unless it is necessary to provide a service you have requested, and only with your separate, explicit consent for that specific sharing. We do not sell your Consumer Health Data. It is unlawful for any person to sell Consumer Health Data without your valid authorization under Washington law.

4. How to Exercise Your Rights

Under the MHMDA, you have the right to:

Confirm and Access: Confirm whether we are collecting your Consumer Health Data and access that data.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for the collection and sharing of your Consumer Health Data.
Delete: Request the deletion of your Consumer Health Data from our records, including backup systems.
